Mobile Email Access (Samsung Android)

IMPORTANT: DO NOT DELETE THE COMPANY PORTAL APP FROM YOUR PHONE OR YOU WILL LOSE ACCESS!

1. Download Intune Company Portal app from the Play Store

- Open the Play Store on your Samsung device.

- In the search bar, type "Intune Company Portal" and tap on the app when it appears.

- Tap the 'Install' button

2. Open and log in with your Churchill Credentials

- Locate the Intune Company Portal app on your home screen and tap to open it.

- Enter your Churchill Credentials (username and password) and click Log In.

- Click Begin to start the process to install the Management profile.

**Hit Continue

**Hit Next

**Then Allow

3. Install the Management Profile:

- Click 'Activate' to initiate the installation process.

4. Agree to KLMS Agent

- Hit 'Agree'

5. Select 'CMC Android Devices' Category:

- Next, select the category labeled 'CMC Android Devices'.

6. Finish Setup:

- Click Done to complete the process.

7. Install Outlook App:

- Return to the Play Store.

- Search for "Outlook" and download the Outlook App.

8. Log in with Churchill Email and Password:

- Open the Outlook App.

- Log in using your Churchill Email and Password.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT DELETE THE COMPANY PORTAL APP FROM YOUR PHONE OR YOU WILL LOSE ACCESS!

You have now successfully set up your device to access company data using the Intune Company Portal and Outlook App. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, feel free to ask!
