Mobile Email Access (iOS)



1. Download Intune Company Portal app from App Store
   - Open the App Store on your iOS device.
   - In the search bar, type "Intune Company Portal" and tap on the app when it appears.
   - Tap the 'Get' button



2. Open and log in with your Churchill Credentials
   - Locate the Intune Company Portal app on your home screen and tap to open it.
   - Enter your Churchill Credentials (username and password) and click Log In.
   - Click Begin to start the process to install the Management profile.


3. Install the Management Profile:
   - You will receive a pop-up message explaining that the Management profile is required to access company data on your mobile device.
   - Click 'Allow' and then 'Install' to initiate the installation process.


4. Navigate to Settings:
   - Switch out of the Intune Company Portal app and go to your device's Settings.

5. Access VPN and Device Management:
   - In the Settings menu, scroll down and select General.
   - Under General, find and select VPN and Device Management.




6. Locate the Management Profile:
   - You'll see the Management profile listed under Mobile Device Management.

7. Install Management Profile:
   - Tap on the Management profile to view its details.
   - In the top-left corner, select Install.



8. Complete Installation:
   - Follow any prompts that may appear during the installation process.
   - Once the profile is installed, tap Done.

9. Return to Intune Company Portal:
   - Navigate back to the Intune Company Portal app.

10. Confirm Installation:
   - In the app, select the option that says, "I've installed the Management Profile".

11. Select 'CMC Apple IOS Mobile' Category:
    - Next, select the category labeled 'CMC Apple IOS Mobile'.



12. Finish Setup:
    - Click Done to complete the process.

13. Install Outlook App:
    - Return to the App Store.
    - Search for "Outlook" and download the Outlook App.

14. Log in with Churchill Email and Password:
    - Open the Outlook App.
    - Log in using your Churchill Email and Password.
